About:
In the fall of 2014 running enthusiasts, Scott Keenan, the founder and former director of Grandma’s Marathon and owner of Scott Keenan Consulting, LLC, Jim Polinsky, general manager of Minnesuing Acres and Jon Lindberg, caretaker of Minnesuing Acres, met to discuss partnering to develop, organize and host a running camp at the resort. From this first meeting the Minnesuing Acres Women’s Running Retreat was born. The first camp drew 95 participants from19 states and 3 countries.

The organizers of the camp are committed to providing the ultimate running experience to women of all ability levels, and have recruited a team of highly experienced coaches that are eager to share their love of the sport, provide expert training and racing tips, and empower participants throughout the retreat weekend.
